Jan 23 2006 - Mindscape has retired officially to pursue life after a strong 9 year run! The band began with Drummer Matt and Guitarist Scot in the basement around early 1995 and Matt Higginbotham with Scot Lee began writing tens of full songs and playing filler acoustic spots for the band TBS in the Cleveland, Ohio area, it was just a guitar and drum act to start! We added the singing talent of our great and respected friend Bill, and then recruited Bassist Von McGill on board to start production on the first disc. Soon and amicably we parted ways with Bill and brought on Steve Bull around 2001. We had a short stint in between where we credit famed Bassist Brian Glodde to assist Mindscape with some shows and production. 

Matt is currently a heavy hitter for a large Energy Corporation. Steve Bull has moved on as a department head for a publicly traded company. Von McGill is supervising teams with lined tanks manufacturing. Scot Lee has continued his career in senior corporate executive management roles. 

What did Mindscape get to do throughout their career? Some fun facts;

• Headline a National Showcase at the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame

• Sell three self written and composed discs, 2001 World of Reflections 3,400 copies made/sold, 2004 Dismantling Evolution 103k units, 2006 Mask of Anger 486k units to date.

• Play shows in two countries and in front of tens of thousands of fans

• Headlined National Music Showcases sponsored by the World's largest entertainment companies.

• Headline the World Series of Metal and Cleveland Metal/Rock Festivals for 5 different years of their career. 

• The bands first major show was opening for Dokken at the Cleveland Agora.

2009 - Suppa Entertainment has signed a deal with The Strutter Show on MTV Europe for Upcrack to make an appearance. Check out some Upcrack at www.upcrack.com . Also you will be seeing Upcrack on Tru TV on Most Shocking IV coming up in weeks! Upcrack will be on MTV's Pranked as well in November 2009.
